MANS Scholarship Opportunities
The Maryland Association of Nursing Students (MANS) offers a variety of scholarships to help Maryland nursing students pay for tuition, books, and housing during their nursing school experience. Scholarships are awarded once per year during the state convention. This year the convention will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020, at Howard Community College in Columbia, MD. The deadline to apply for the Community Service Scholarship is January 1, 2020.
- Community Service Scholarship: One eligible nursing student who goes above and
beyond their scholarly obligations to participate in community service will be selected
for this $2,000 scholarship. The winner must meet eligibility requirements and be able
to attend the annual convention to accept the award. - Additional scholarship opportunities will be offered via raffle at the annual convention
on February 22, 2020. To be eligible to win you must be a nursing or pre-nursing
student in the state of Maryland, an NSNA member, and an attendee of the event. No
application required.
